Children with immense knowledge but no skill are like closed "Books". It is thus crucial to expand their realms of knowledge and to harbour their innovative & creative streak.
Students at Shadley are engaged in Sports and Cultural Events regularly.
Participation in Inter School, Zonal, CBSE, and Directorate of Educational Programs are approached with great zeal and enthusiasm.
Riders Club
Riding a horse is thoroughly enjoyed as an activity by little children and later on as a sport. It builds confidence and develops a sense of team work.
SHADLEY is one of the very few schools promoting Horse Riding as a sport.
Wheeler's Club
The wheelers club offers students an opportunity to develop and display their talent on wheels.
A challenging and fun activity rollers keeps children excited and interested, while providing a healthy workout. It focuses on promotion of skills like concentration and balancing among students.
Aqua Floats-
The Swimming Club
Swimming is a great way to exercise the body and the brain and we take pride in stating that Shadley leads among schools having in-house swimming pool facility with the most “pristine & hygienic pool”.
Aqua aerobics along with Water Polo, an annual sports event receives enthusiastic participation and response from the students, is also enjoyed by everyone.

The Dance Club
The Dance Club engages the children in an captivating art from that helps children to connect emotionally and also to unwind and have fun. It takes away anxiety and frustration, a problem commonly encountered in today's youth. At school, dance supplements physical fitness routine as it is an active form of aerobic exercise since it works many muscles in the body at the same time.
Josh- The Interact Club
An awareness programme initiated by the students of class IX-XII with the aim to encourage active interest of the student body in community development, the “Josh” club encourages advocacy amongst students and and offers them opportunities to develop as leaders.
An initiative of the Science and Social Science Department, both, online and offline modes are adopted for information dissemination in the school, and in the society.
Theatre Club
Drama is an energetic engagement of children in memory-based fun theatre games. Drama in education helps to expand the mental ability, Observation skills, sensitizes emotions & builds knowledge.
Itis a unique aliernate to disseminating knowledge, focusing on students participation instead of learning

The Art and Crafts Club
The Art and Craft club nurtures creativity and spurs innovative abilities in children. SUPA inspires them to think out of the box and seek new ways to tackle the waste management problem for a cleaner environment.
The club also enables children to develop an appreciate for art and culture. as children learn to respect our heritage, they become torch bearers in preserving it.

Music, it is believed has the power to calm the mind in a fast paced stressful socio cultural environment, so exposure to music begins quite early in the school. It adds fun & helps develop softer skills like patience, confidence etc. It also shows remarkable result in languages & mathematical performance. The children at Shadley are trained in one discipline - Casio, Guitar or Rhythm, as per their choice.
Sports Clubs
Games and sports are via media of national unity and solidarity and our fields are actually laboratories where children experience the outcome. They learn team spirit, discipline, integrity and above all, Respect for Leadership.
The role of a school is to develop 'Sports man ship' in its students. A sports man always applies principles and training in its true spirit both on and off the fields, enjoys victory as a shared efforts and tries to learn from mistakes collectively.
Participating in various Inter and Interschool competitions gives children opportuning to showcase their hard work and skill thus motivating them further to put in their best.
